About Us

About Us

At VA-Disable Veteran Help our mission is clear: we exist to help Veterans access the benefits, resources, and support they have earned through their service. Navigating the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) system can be complicated. Filing disability claims, understanding eligibility, organizing medical evidence, and appealing rating decisions can feel overwhelming. Many Veterans are left to figure it out on their own. VA Helper was created to change that. Our core belief is simple: No Veteran should have to struggle to receive the care, compensation, and respect they deserve.

Who We Serve

We support:

  • Veterans from all branches of the United States Armed Forces, across all eras of service
  • Active duty service members transitioning to civilian life
  • Military spouses and family members
  • Caregivers and support advocates

Whether you are submitting your first VA disability claim, appealing a denied rating, searching for mental health support, or looking for reliable veteran-owned services, we’re here to help guide the way.

What We Do

VA Helper provides:

  • A centralized directory of Veteran services and organizations
  • Guidance on VA disability claims, evidence development, and appeals
  • Connections to healthcare, counseling, and community support resources
  • Assistance with employment, education, housing, and financial support programs
  • Tools, templates, and checklists to simplify paperwork and documentation
  • A platform that highlights and supports veteran-owned businesses

Our goal is to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to a process that is often confusing.

Why It Matters

Veterans served our country with commitment and sacrifice. Many continue to carry the emotional and physical impact of that service long after returning home. The support they receive should honor that sacrifice—not make them fight harder for what they are owed. Every Veteran deserves:

  • Dignity
  • Clear information
  • Fair representation
  • Timely support

VA Helper exists to help ensure that happens.

Our Values

Respect Every Veteran’s story and experience matters. Integrity We provide guidance that is honest, transparent, and reliable. Service We lead with compassion, purpose, and respect. Community We believe in Veterans helping Veterans—stronger together.

We Are Not the VA

VA Helper is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. We are an independent support resource dedicated to helping Veterans better understand and access their benefits.
